History

2023

Ardatz is leveraging its local expertise in Spain with its first project in Madrid while attracting Ibero-American capital across its entire value proposition.

2022

Ardatz celebrates 10 years accompanying our clients in making strategic decisions in the investment and development of real estate businesses.

2021

Start of investment deployment work in the USA in collaboration with the Mexican group KIVA®.

2020

Ardatz begins the process of soft landing in the USA and Spain to be able to provide coverage beyond the Andean axis, attending the increase in international asset allocation of South American investors.

2019

We started an intensive work in the development of divestment plans for our Clients thanks to the integration of the knowledge of our three practice areas.

2018

Ardatz advances in the development of investment alternatives in Peru, together with the formalization of the co-management service for real estate investment portfolios.

2017

Ardatz consolidates its Fund Management area and starts structuring investment funds in Chile and Peru in conjunction with Grupo Security®. Harold Gardener joins the firm as Partner, taking the leadership of the Peruvian operation.

2016

Ardatz consolidates its position in the market as an expert advisor in real estate investments and mixed uses. Structuring of the Fund Management area begins. During 2016, the deal flow threshold of 100 MMUF is exceeded.

2015

Real Estate Investment Management services (M&A and fund raising) are initiated and asset purchase and sale mandates are obtained. Ardatz participates as an exclusive advisor to institutional investors in the transaction for the purchase of Wallmart shopping centers.

2014

Incorporation of a partner to enhance the development of the transactional business, investments, and real estate investment funds. Strategic management services are extended to corporate and portfolio advisory.

2013

Services were expanded with the incorporation of the Executive Project Management. The portfolio of private and institutional clients was expanded.

2012

Ardatz was created with the purpose of advising active and passive real estate investors, through the service of strategic management of projects and portfolios.
