Benjamin Kutscher

With over 10 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors in Chile, the USA, and Spain, Benjamín has developed a solid track record in debt structuring, financial planning, and real estate investments.

He began his career in investment banking at Banco Santander Chile, specializing in M&A, loans, and debt capital markets, advising leading companies in Chile and Latin America. Thereafter, he worked as a DCM Associate at Santander New York, executing bond issuances for corporate and sovereign issuers totaling over US$6.0 billion. Upon returning to Chile, he took on the role of Deputy Finance Manager at Grupo Patio, where he structured financing for a variety of commercial, residential, industrial, and office projects amounting to over US$650 million, and participated in the group’s expansion into Peru, Mexico, and the USA.

After completing an MBA in Madrid, in September 2023, Benjamín assumed the position of Investment Manager at Ardatz, based in Spain.

Benjamín holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from IE Business School (Madrid).
