Gonzalo Sarmiento Giove

Professional career of more than 30 years as an executive, CEO and director in leading companies and groups. He has 26 years of experience in real estate, having been an executive and CEO of Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. (ICSAA) which main activity is the development and operation of real estate projects in Peru.

ICSAA has a diversified real estate portfolio that includes office buildings, shopping centers, industrial lots, hotels, apartments, and urban housing developments. ICSAA is a company listed on the Lima Stock Exchange and has among its shareholders the main economic groups in the country.

At ICSAA he had a very active participation in various areas and management functions, which led to building the most successful real estate company in the country, managing more than US$ 1.4 billion in assets, obtaining sustained growth in income (more than US$ 200 million), a stable EBITDA (more than $90 million annually) and an attractive average operating ROE (more than 12%).

He studied Business Administration at the University of Lima, and completed a MBA at the Universidad del Pacífico. He is an alumnus of Harvard Graduate School of Design and Kellogg School of Management, and has participated in executive education programs at Harvard Business School, MIT, and Wharton.
