Professional career of more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, CEO and director in leading companies and groups. He has extensive experience in various sectors, including real estate, industrial and services. His area of ​​expertise includes investment analysis, business strategy, mergers, purchases and acquisitions, risk management, team leadership, culture, conflict resolution and change management.

He was CEO of Urbanova, the real estate arm of the Brescia group in Peru, managing assets for more than USD 1.2 billion and a team of more than 120 employees. During this period, he redefined the business strategy, managing to consolidate the leadership of the company with revenue and EBITDA growth above 25% annual average and occupancy indicators above the market. His responsibility included the strategic and operational direction of the business, including land management, project development, construction, marketing and operation of real estate projects, mainly focused on the segment of prime, retail and mixed-use corporate offices.

Additionally, his experience in the preparation of Master Plans for the development of large tracts of land and the development of mixed-use projects in urban areas stands out.

He currently works as Director and member of investment committees in leading companies in various sectors.

He studied Business Administration and also completed a postgraduate degree in Administration (MBA), both at the Universidad del Pacífico and has also participated in specialization programs at the University of Chicago, Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business School and the Institute of Directors of England.
