Javier Anich

With over six years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors in Chile and Spain, Javier has built a solid career in institutional-focused real estate investment funds and real estate development.

Javier began his career at a boutique real estate firm in Chile, specializing in residential investment projects for both primary and secondary homes. He later transitioned into the corporate world, starting in the asset management division at Sura Investment Management, where he managed three real estate investment funds, focusing on logistics assets, office spaces, and multifamily residential properties.

He then joined the real estate investment team at Credicorp Capital Asset Management, taking on a dual role as an investment and asset manager for four investment funds with a platform of over 2,000 multifamily rental units and more than $300 million in active assets. In this role, Javier structured investment vehicles in both Chile and Spain, assessed and executed asset acquisitions, financing, and capital raising with institutional investors. Additionally, as an asset manager, he led the development of various projects, overseeing their launch and operations while executing the business plan in collaboration with Greystar, the world’s largest residential operator.

After earning an MBA with distinction, specializing in real estate and investments in Madrid, Javier assumed the position of Investment Consultant at Ardatz in August 2024, based in Spain.

Javier holds a degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master’s from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He also holds a Certificate in Real Estate from ESE Business School Chile, along with investment and finance certifications from Duke University and HEC Paris.
