With more than 25 years of real estate experience developing projects and advising multinational companies in Chile, Peru, Colombia, USA and Spain. As a field of specialization, his experience in mixed-use projects on a metropolitan scale stands out.<\/span><\/p>

His professional development includes land, housing, office, hotel and multi-format shopping center development projects. Prior to joining Ardatz, Miguel was Corporate Manager of Engineering & Projects at Parque Arauco S.A., whose responsibilities were related to the development of projects of different formats of shopping centers and mixed-use real estate ventures. Likewise, the formation of the corporate area of Operations and the collaboration in the consolidation of the Divisions of Peru and Colombia. The scope of his management covered all projects in Chile, Peru, Argentina and Colombia. The project portfolio (development, construction and implementation of greenfield, brownfield and\/or M&A projects) reached an investment close to MMU$1,500. It should be noted that Miguel also participated in Inmobiliaria Aconcagua as Project Manager, was a member of Real Estate Investment Fund Surveillance Committees managed by Santander Asset Management and collaborated in the formation of the Endowment of the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, among other experiences. Likewise, Miguel has been a professor both at the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile and at the Universidad de Los Andes. Miguel is a Civil Builder from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile and obtained his MBA from ESE Business School, Master in Real Estate Development from IE University and is a PhD candidate at UPM. He has also participated in training programs at UC Berkeley and IESE Business School.<\/span><\/p>
