With over 20 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, contractual, regulatory, and financial matters, [Name] has built a distinguished career advising companies across various industries.<\/p>

For the first fifteen years of her career, she was an Associate and later a Director at Carey & C\u00eda. Ltda., where she was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Project Development, and Public Contracts groups, primarily advising foreign companies.<\/p>

She then spent five years as Corporate Legal Manager at Parque Arauco S.A., a leading Latin American real estate investment company publicly traded in Chile. In this role, she provided comprehensive legal counsel to the business and led the legal team in all company operations across Chile, Peru, and Colombia. She played a key role in major M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as in large-scale real estate projects, from launching shopping centers to entering the outlet and strip center markets. Additionally, she was involved in structuring real estate funds and joint ventures.<\/p>

In 2015, she co-founded Script Legal, a digital platform offering automated legal documents, created with the mission of enhancing efficiency in legal work.<\/p>

Alongside her entrepreneurial ventures, she has also served as a board member for various public and private companies across multiple industries, both regulated and unregulated. She was Chair of the Board of Puertos de Talcahuano and Vice Chair of the Board of Empresa Nacional del Petr\u00f3leo (ENAP). Currently, she is a board member of Grupo Security S.A., a niche financial group based in Chile, as well as Innergy Holdings S.A., Gasoducto del Pac\u00edfico S.A., and Norgas S.A., all companies within the energy sector. She has also specialized in ESG and Compliance matters.<\/p>

She began her academic journey by earning her Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile and later pursued further studies at Duke University, where she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
